Today I am preparing an awesomely tasty and light salad of simple products for the festive table! I recommend preparing a salad of chicken fillet baked in foil, pickled onions and Korean-style carrots. Bon appetit!

  1. To prepare the salad, cut the red onion into quarters of the rings.
  2. Pour boiling water over chopped onion and leave for 20 minutes. Then the water must be drained.
  3. Next, add sugar, salt and apple cider vinegar to the onion. Stir and leave the onion to marinate for 30-40 minutes.
  4. Preparing marinade for chicken fillet. To do this, pour sunflower or olive oil into a bowl, add salt, black pepper and paprika. Mix well.
  5. Brush the chicken fillet on all sides with the prepared marinade.
  6. We wrap the fillet in foil and send it to the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
  7. After the chicken fillet is cooked, cool it and cut into small cubes.
  8. In a bowl, we shift the chicken fillet, pickled onions and Korean carrots. Add salt to taste.
  9. Next, add mayonnaise and mix the salad well.
  10. When serving, decorate the salad with green onions.
