Tasty Salad with smoked chicken and Korean carrots

Salad with smoked chicken, Korean-style carrots, egg, fresh cucumbers and cheese will be a real decoration of any table.

Ingredients

  1. Cut the smoked chicken meat off the bones. (I used smoked chicken drumsticks, you can also use chicken thighs, legs or fillets.)
  2. Cut the smoked chicken meat into small cubes.
  3. Wash fresh cucumbers and cut off the top dark layer of the skin with a vegetable peeler. Cut cucumbers into small cubes.
  4. Boil chicken eggs for 10 minutes in boiling salted water, then cool in cold water and peel.
  5. Grate the eggs on a coarse grater and arrange in glass bowls or in one large common salad bowl. Pour over the egg layer with mayonnaise.
  6. Put smoked chicken meat on a layer of eggs, also pour mayonnaise.
  7. This is followed by a layer of cucumbers. It does not need to be watered with mayonnaise.
  8. Then comes a layer of carrots in Korean. On carrots - mayonnaise mesh.
  9. And the last layer of lettuce is hard cheese grated on a coarse grater. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to soak the layers.
  10. Before serving, garnish each serving of layered salad with greens.
