Unusual squid salad

Delicious squid and egg salad with cherry tomatoes and croutons, which will perfectly fit into the festive menu. Try this squid salad too, it will not leave you indifferent!

  1. Bread cut into large cubes, without cutting off the crust.
  2. Preheat the pan (fire - a little above average), throw the bread slices into a dry pan, lightly salt and add a little pepper. Fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Then transfer the breadcrumbs to a plate and let cool.
  3. We tear the greens into small pieces with our hands. We rub boiled eggs on a coarse grater directly into a container with lettuce leaves.
  4. Onion cut into thin half rings.
  5. Cut the tomatoes in half and send to the salad.
  6. Add croutons to the salad, season with mayonnaise, but do not mix yet.
  7. Cut the cleaned squid fillet into strips.
  8. Pour a little vegetable oil into a preheated pan and spread the squids. Mix quickly immediately. Fry for a maximum of 2 minutes on maximum heat.
  9. Add soy sauce and garlic, grated on a fine grater. Mix and remove from fire.
  10. We mix the salad with crackers with light movements so as not to crumple too much and not release the juice from the greens.
  11. Add squid to egg salad, with tomatoes and croutons, and again mix the salad with squid.
  12. Calamari salad is ready!
