  1. Prepare the sauce for the salad "Three colors". In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper with a fork.
  2. Peel and grate the celery root and carrots. Cut the cabbage into 4 parts and cut out the head. Finely chop.
  3. Place vegetables in a large bowl, add sauce and mix well. Cover the bowl with cling film and put the Three Colors salad in the refrigerator for at least 1.5 hours.
