Avocado salad with shrimps and cucumbers

Delicious and at the same time easy to prepare salad of avocado, shrimp and cucumber. With its help, you can perfectly decorate a festive table or pamper yourself with a loved one. I recommend it for cooking!

  1. Finely chop the peeled garlic. Remove the leaves from two basil branches. Finely chop the stems.
  2. We put the pan on the fire, pour vegetable oil into it and heat it up. We spread the shrimp. Add finely chopped basil stalk, garlic and freshly ground pepper. Fry for three minutes, then remove from heat and transfer to a plate.
  3. Remove the zest from the lime with a fine grater. We cut the lime itself in half, we still need the juice of one of its halves.
  4. Remove the peel from the long-fruited cucumber. We cut it lengthwise into 2 parts. Take out the core with a teaspoon. Cut it lengthwise and then crosswise into cubes about 1 cm thick.
  5. We get rid of the avocado, peel it. Cut into cubes approximately the same size as the cucumber.
  6. Take the salad bowl. We put cucumbers, avocado, shrimps, lime zest in it. Grind the basil leaves with your hands and add to the salad. Add the juice of half a lime, salt and olive oil. Stir the cucumber, shrimp and avocado salad.
  7. Avocado salad with shrimps and cucumbers is ready.
