  1. Cut the meat into 3 mm slices. Then put them together and cut into strips.
  2. Chop the shrimp finely, pour over soy sauce, add ginger and salt.
  3. Knead the dough, roll out (thinly) and cut into 10x10 cm squares.
  4. Put the filling and cover it up.
  5. Fry in a large amount of oil for about 30 seconds.
  6. Put in a pot of boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve with the soy sauce and lemon mixture in a separate bowl.
