Perhaps one of our favorite salads is Caesar. How they just do it! I offer you the most delicious option - Caesar salad with tomatoes and shrimps. Like all salads with fresh lettuce leaves, it is better to prepare it directly on the day of the holiday.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the white loaf into thin cubes, it is possible with a crust.
  2. Sprinkle the bread with olive oil, add a little salt (you can add other spices) and sprinkle with grated garlic.
  3. Dry the bread for 5-7 minutes in a preheated oven.
  4. Peel the defrosted boiled shrimp (you can leave the tails) and fry in olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle with soy sauce and spice to taste, if desired.
  5. Tear lettuce leaves into a deep bowl with your hands.
  6. Grate Parmesan on a fine grater.
  7. Place a portion of the lettuce on a serving plate, top with a spoonful of grated Parmesan and pour over the Caesar salad dressing.
  8. Place the tomato slices and fried cooled shrimp. Sprinkle a little grated cheese on top, pour more sauce and lay out the croutons.
  9. Caesar salad with shrimps is ready.
  10. Bon Appetit!
