A good recipe for seafood lasagna, for the preparation of which, in addition to shrimp and scallops, you need tomato sauce and two types of cheese. Lasagna consists of several layers of thin dough, seafood in tomato sauce and a sauce of butter, milk and cheese.

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease ovenproof dishes with oil. Heat the olive oil and butter in a saucepan. Add chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add crushed garlic and after half a minute - peeled shrimp and fish, cut into small pieces. Cook for 2 minutes, then add scallops. After one minute, stir in the tomato sauce, tomato paste and sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Make cheese sauce. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add milk. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cheese, stir, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place the lasagna sheets on the bottom of the greased baking dish. Spread 1/3 of the seafood in tomato sauce and 1/3 of the cheese sauce evenly on them. Repeat the layers two more times, finishing with the cheese sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the lasagne in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
