Seafood - 1 kg
Cream (10-15% fat) - 200 ml
Processed cream cheese - 200 g
Vegetable oil - for frying

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the pre-peeled seafood into pieces.
  2. Put in a greased frying pan. We cover with a lid and simmer until all the water has boiled away (to speed up the process, the released water can be periodically drained).
  3. As soon as the water has boiled away, add a little oil so that the seafood does not burn.
  4. Pour in cream, simmer seafood in cream for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Add the processed cheese, mix well so that the cheese melts completely and forms a sauce along with cream. Cover and simmer the seafood in a creamy sauce until tender, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Turn off the stove, mix again and serve seafood in a creamy sauce to the table.
  7. For a side dish with seafood in a creamy sauce, wild rice or pasta goes well.
  8. Bon Appetit!
