In a small bowl, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, basil leaves, paprika, salt, black and red peppers and garlic. Gradually add 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the shrimps in a preheated skillet and cook for about 2 minutes, then add the lemon marinade, cook for about 1 minute. Place the asparagus in the pan.
Put lettuce leaves in a large bowl, add the contents of the pan, stir.
Place the shrimp salad on 4 serving bowls and place 1/4 cup of watercress in each.
Serve the shrimp salad immediately.
