So delicious, so tender. Of course, stuffed squid takes time (not too much), but success is guaranteed!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We clean the squids, take out the insides and the transparent "backbone", remove the eyes and mouth - the hard part that is located between the carcass and the tentacles. Cut off the tentacles and set them aside.
  2. Chopped tentacles and peeled shrimp will be our filling.
  3. Fry diced onions in olive oil.
  4. Add shrimp and tentacles, salt. Add white wine. Simmer for about 15 minutes. The filling is ready, let it cool down a little.
  5. Stuff the squid carcasses with the filling.
  6. Here are the stuffed carcasses. We fasten the edges with toothpicks.
  7. We send the squid carcasses back to the pan, fry and add wine. Simmer the stuffed squid under a closed lid, turning over from time to time, for about 20 minutes.
  8. Here are the stuffed squid and ready.
  9. Bon Appetit!
