  1. Cut the pre-soaked mushrooms into strips. Cut the leeks into thin rings, cut the carrots and bell peppers into thin strips.
  2. Preparing the filling: dissolve the starch in cold water. Add soy sauce and optional hot red pepper sauce. Stir until smooth.
  3. Chop the garlic and ginger and quickly fry in vegetable oil.
