Zebra Curd Casserole is a delicious and extremely appetizing alternative to the classic cheesecake. If you like cheesecakes, then be sure to try this version of cottage cheese baking - it has a slightly different aftertaste from the usual cheesecake.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add cottage cheese, soft butter and dry pudding. Mix.
  3. Divide the resulting mass into 2 parts in a ratio of 2: 3. Add cocoa and milk to a smaller mass and mix.
  4. Line a baking dish (10x28 cm) with baking parchment. Lay the chocolate and vanilla layers in layers in turn.
  5. Place the cake pan in a large mold filled with water to 1/3 of the height of the cake mold. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 170 degrees and bake for another 50 minutes.
  6. Cool the cheesecake completely before removing it from the mold. Serve with sour cream! Bon appetit!
