Couscous with shrimps

Couscous is prepared with shrimps, and served with mango and cheese.

Ingredients

  1. Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a small skillet, add couscous, fry for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Pour couscous with water, bring to a boil, cover, cook for 8-10 minutes, until tender.
  2. In a very large skillet in the remaining oil, fry the shrimp until pink for about 3 minutes. Pour the couscous into the shrimp, add the mango dressing, salt and pepper, cook, stirring occasionally, for about 2-3 minutes. Then add the mango to the frying pan, sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
