  1. Peel the crab sticks from the film and cut into small pieces. Wash the fresh cucumber thoroughly under running water and cut it into small pieces together with the peel.
  2. Wash the celery under running water, dry it with a paper towel. With a sharp knife or vegetable peeler, cut off the rough, top layer of the stems. Cut the peeled celery into small pieces.
  3. Defrost the shrimps at room temperature, cook with salt and bay leaves for 5 minutes. We clean the shrimp from the heads and shells (if you wish, you can leave only the tails).
  4. Combine chopped cucumber, crab sticks, celery and shrimp. Salt and pepper the crab salad to taste. Season the salad with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with any chopped herbs at will - and the crab salad with shrimps and celery is ready.
