  1. Prepare the ingredients for the fish salad.
  2. Any fish is suitable, preferably with a small amount of bones.
  3. Put the shrimps, without defrosting, in boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes. Wash and peel vegetables.
  4. Cook the hake carcass until cooked in salted water (6-8 minutes from the moment of boiling). Then remove the fish from the broth and leave to cool.
  5. Fish for salad can be cooked in another way, for example, steamed or fried.
  6. Cut olives into rings and send to a salad bowl.
  7. Cut the bell peppers into small pieces and add to the olives.
  8. Finely chop the sweet onion and transfer it to the salad bowl.
  9. Finely chop parsley and dill and combine with vegetables and olives.
  10. When the fish has cooled down, take it apart into pieces, removing all the bones. Combine shrimp and fish fillet, pour with two tablespoons of lemon juice.
  11. Add fish and shrimp to a salad bowl. Send crackers there. Season the fish salad with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add a little more lemon juice if desired.
