French breakfast salad

Very fresh and light salad.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the shrimps in salted water, cool and, if necessary, peel.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Grind with salt, sugar and pour over with vinegar. Let stand for 5 minutes. Wash cucumbers and grate on a coarse grater. Thick-skinned cucumbers can be peeled.
  3. Mix cucumbers and onions and place on a plate.
  4. Put shrimps on top. Fill with oil.
  5. Bon Appetit!
