This savory shrimp appetizer is quick and easy to prepare with this recipe. A mixture of chili, garlic and green onions adds spice to the shrimp.

  1. Peel the shrimp. Peel the chili peppers and chop thinly. Chop the garlic finely. Cut the onion into 5 cm pieces, which are then cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Combine cornstarch, salt and pepper. Add the peeled shrimp and mix well.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp. l. butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chili, garlic and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove skillet from heat and cover.
  4. Heat the remaining oil in a wok or deep skillet over high heat. Place the shrimp in a skillet and fry them, stirring gently, for 3-5 minutes, until they turn pink.
  5. Place the shrimp on 4 plates with a slotted spoon. Top with the chili, garlic and onion mixture. Drizzle with soy sauce and serve.
