Fried shrimp noodles

Shrimp and Asparagus Noodle Recipe. Add lemon juice and basil to the noodles - and the dish will be even tastier and more aromatic.

  1. Trim the tough ends of the asparagus. Cut the shoots into 2.5 cm pieces.
  2. Chop the garlic. Cut the pepper into thin strips. Finely chop the green onion.
  3. Peel the shrimp, leaving the tail. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry on a paper towel.
  4. Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Add the asparagus 3 minutes before the end of cooking. Drain the water, return the noodles to the pot. Cover and keep warm.
  5. Lubricate the pan with a little oil. Preheat a frying pan, add the garlic, cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 seconds.
  6. Add bell peppers, fry, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes.
  7. Add shrimp, basil, lemon zest, black pepper and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes.
  8. Transfer the shrimp to the noodles. Add green onions, lemon juice, olive oil. Mix gently.
  9. Shrimp noodles are ready. Bon Appetit.
