Fried steaks with shrimps and mustard sauce

The steaks are grated with a mixture of aromatic spices, grilled with shrimps and served with mustard sauce.

  1. Turn on the grill to preheat to medium-high temperature. Grease the grill grate with vegetable oil.
  2. Mix the spices in a large bowl. Set aside.
  3. Put mayonnaise, bell pepper, Dijon mustard, green onions, shallots, parsley, honey and 1 tbsp into a bowl of a kitchen processor. a spoonful of lemon juice.
  4. Grate steaks with a mixture of spices.
  5. Mix shrimp with 1 tbsp. spoon of lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the stacks on the grill grate, fry under a closed lid for about 3 minutes on each side. Transfer steaks to a plate, cover with foil, leave to rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Place the shrimps on the grill, cook until pink, about 2 minutes on each side. Transfer the shrimp to the plank and cut.
  8. Serve fried shrimp stacks with sauce.
