Lavash pizza with shrimps and artichokes

Crispy lavash pizza stuffed with shrimps and artichokes.

Ingredients

  1. Peel the shrimp.
  2. Defrost artichokes, chop. Chop the garlic.
  3. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.
  4. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel. Mix shrimp, artichokes, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  5. Grease the pita bread on both sides with the remaining butter. Put the pita bread on a baking sheet, bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until crisp and golden brown.
  6. Crumble the mozzarella into pita bread. Sprinkle the pita bread with Parmesan. Top with shrimp with artichokes. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
  7. Lavash pizza is ready. Bon Appetit!
