Peel the shrimp.
Defrost artichokes, chop. Chop the garlic.
Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.
Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel. Mix shrimp, artichokes, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Grease the pita bread on both sides with the remaining butter. Put the pita bread on a baking sheet, bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until crisp and golden brown.
Crumble the mozzarella into pita bread. Sprinkle the pita bread with Parmesan. Top with shrimp with artichokes. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
