  1. We prepare the ingredients for cooking oysters with sauce and fried shrimp. Prepare tomato sauce in advance: we interrupt the peeled tomatoes with the addition of salt, pepper and oregano with a blender.
  2. We take wild oysters (the sink must be closed), they can be opened without special tools with a simple knife. To check where they open, press lightly - air bubbles should come out. We poke a knife into the hole between the flaps, drive around the entire circumference and open with one easy movement.
  3. Make sure that the flesh is moving in order to know that the oysters are fresh. Also, there should be no foreign smell, otherwise this food will be harmful to your health. We clean the pulp from the upper sash to the lower one. The pulp and shutters must be thoroughly rinsed with running warm water.
  4. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Put the oysters on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  5. Put the oyster pulp into a separate bowl and marinate it according to a delicious proprietary recipe: salt, lightly pepper, add soy sauce and stir, pour with lemon juice (10 g).
  6. We send the pulp back to the shells.
  7. We put a frying pan on maximum heat and pour in vegetable oil. Put the defrosted shrimp in a pan and fry.
  8. Season the shrimps with lemon juice and soy sauce (we don’t regret it, shrimps love salt). Add butter and garlic, grated on a fine grater, there. Cook shrimp for 5 minutes.
  9. Pour the tomato sauce over two wild oysters.
  10. Put a little butter (30 g) in a hot saucepan and pour in the cream (50 g).
  11. We put the pan back on the fire. Add processed cheese (50 g), mix thoroughly.
  12. Salt, add ground black pepper and cook until thickened (the cheese should melt, but not completely). Sprinkle the remaining wild oysters with creamy sauce.
  13. We send wild oysters into an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 5 minutes. When the oysters are ready, cover the pulp with the second flap so that they do not cool down quickly.
  14. Squeeze lemon juice (40 g) into a deep bowl and add the same amount of soy sauce.
  15. We open the French oysters, wash them thoroughly, put them on a plate and pour them over with the prepared sweet and sour sauce.
