Pickled cod with sweet potato (sweet potato)

Cod is marinated in a natural marinade and served with boiled sweet potatoes.

Ingredients

  1. Cut the fish into small pieces. Put half of the chopped onion on a deep bowl, and put the fish on it. Sprinkle the fish with red pepper flakes and sprinkle with lime juice, cover and place a plate of fish in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Remove the marinated fish from the marinade, remove the onion.
  2. Boil the sweet potatoes in steam or in water for 20-25 minutes. Peel and cut into slices or wedges.
  3. In a small bowl, combine vegetable oil, rice vinegar and sugar. Then add cumin, salt and pepper, put lime zest and chopped chili.
  4. In a deep glass bowl, combine fish, boiled sweet potato, avocado, shrimp, drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with a little cilantro.
  5. Combine the remaining red onion, remaining cilantro and peanuts and sprinkle over the fish and sweet potatoes.
