Almost any pizzeria in Paris will offer you just such a pizza with shrimps, mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes. Indulge in French cuisine at home.

  1. Prepare the pizza sauce. To do this, heat the olive oil in a large skillet, add the garlic, and fry for about 1-2 minutes. Place the tomatoes in the pan and continue cooking, crushing the tomatoes into small pieces with the edge of a spoon. Cook over medium heat until lightly thickened, about 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle in salt, oregano and red pepper flakes.
  2. Combine both flours in a large bowl. Pour warm water into a bowl of a food processor or a large bowl, add dry yeast and leave for 5 minutes to disperse the yeast. Then add salt and stir. Add one glass of flour and mix well. When the dough is sufficiently homogeneous, pour it onto a floured surface and knead with your hands for about 5 minutes, until smooth, elastic.
  3. Divide the pizza dough into two parts and put in a slightly oiled bowl, cover with cling film and put in a warm place for 2-3 hours (the dough should double in volume). Slightly knead the matched dough and roll it into two circles, about 30 cm in diameter. Turn on the oven to preheat to 250 degrees.
  4. Transfer one pizza base to a baking sheet and brush with 1/2 of the sauce. Sprinkle the base with half the cheese, shrimp, mushrooms and tomatoes. Put the mushroom pizza in the oven and bake for 4-6 minutes, until tender. Prepare the second mushroom pizza in the same way.
