  1. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup orange juice, lime juice, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Put the peeled shrimps in this marinade, mix well, cover and place in the refrigerator.
  2. Turn on the grill to preheat to medium heat. Grease the wire rack with oil. Sprinkle a baking sheet with cornmeal.
  3. Remove the shrimps from the marinade and string on 4 skewers.
  4. Prepare the cheese filling. In a bowl, combine cheese, pineapple, 1 tablespoon parsley, garlic, salt, red and black feathers.
  5. Divide the dough into 16 parts, roll each part into a circle 0.5 cm thick. Place these base circles on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour.
  6. Grill the bell peppers for 6-8 minutes and then cut into cubes. Grill the shrimps with the lid closed until pink, for 2-3 minutes on each side. Grill the pizza bases for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. Apply the cheese mixture to the base circles, put the bell pepper and green onions on top. Mix the shrimps with 3 tablespoons of orange juice and 2 tablespoons of parsley, put the shrimps on the cheese layer.
