Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Grease 3 metal serving tins with melted butter.
Cut the puff pastry into 12 squares with a height of 10 cm on each side, brush with butter.
Put 3 squares of dough into each metal mold, press into the mold with your fingers, forming a bag. Place the molds in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. Allow the finished baskets to cool slightly in the molds, then remove from them and leave to cool at room temperature.
In the meantime, prepare the filling. In a large skillet, melt 120 g of butter, put the garlic, chili and shrimp in the pan, cook, stirring occasionally, for 1-2 minutes. Add fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Place the filling in baskets and serve immediately (optionally with sour cream).
