A simple recipe for a very delicious salad made from crab sticks, shrimp, canned pineapples, eggs and cheese. Garlic adds a spicy note to the salad. This seafood salad was loved by everyone who tried it.

  1. Before preparing the salad with crab sticks, shrimp and pineapple, prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Boil the eggs hard-boiled in advance (within 10 minutes) and cool.
  3. You can take any shrimp for salad: fresh, frozen, boiled or canned. I used boiled frozen shrimp. Before preparing the salad, they need to be removed from the freezer, additionally boiled in salted water for about a minute, then put in a colander and allowed to cool.
  4. Peel boiled eggs. Cut the eggs into cubes and transfer to a bowl.
  5. Free the crab sticks from the packaging, cut into medium-sized cubes. Add crab sticks to eggs.
  6. Cut canned pineapples into cubes, transfer to a bowl with crab sticks and eggs.
  7. Peel the shrimp from shells and heads. Add shrimp meat to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  8. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and also add to the salad.
  9. Season the salad ingredients with mayonnaise. Add the pressed garlic clove.
  10. Stir.
  11. Salad with crab sticks, shrimps and pineapples is ready! It should be served to the table immediately after preparation.
