Seafood salad with avocado sauce

This light, slightly tangy salad is sure to become a favorite of all seafood fans.

  1. Melt butter in a frying pan. Lay out the scallops. Fry them on one side until golden brown.
  2. Then turn the scallops, add shrimp and mussels.
  3. Salt. Flip the mussels and shrimp so that they are fried on the other side.
  4. Cut the peel from the tomato and remove the seeds.
  5. Cut the remaining pulp into small cubes.
  6. Peel the cucumber and cut into small cubes.
  7. Put the sauce on a plate. Spread it carefully over the plate. Put the vegetables on the sauce.
  8. Then carefully lay out the seafood.
  9. Salad ready.
