Seafood salad with nero rice and pumpkin seed oil.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cleanse the shrimp, remove the intestines. Cut the squid into rings. Clean the flap of the mussel, and remove any foreign objects
  2. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips. We also thinly chop the leek and celery.
  3. Fry the chopped garlic for 30 seconds, add the seafood (pre-marinated in Tabasco), fry the shrimps until pink.
  4. Boil rice in salted water for 40 minutes. Discard in a colander, rinse lightly.
  5. We shift the seafood into a bowl, always together with the garlic oil on which they were fried. Add vegetables, rice, basil leaves.
  6. Pour the pumpkin seed oil on top of the seafood salad. Rice nero smells like sandalwood, and pumpkin seed oil smells like nuts. Can you imagine the taste? ))
  7. Bon Appetit!
