Shrimp and avocado salad

Avocado goes well with seafood. This fruit is good for the cardiovascular system and for digestion. It also makes the skin firm and elastic. Avocados are considered by some to be an aphrodisiac. I offer you my recipe for an easy and healthy salad.

  1. Chop the green onion, along with the onion.
  2. Wash and dry the green salad. I used three types of lettuce: arugula, valerian and lettuce. You can of course use any salad you like.
  3. Peel the avocado and cut into cubes. Peel and dice the cucumber too.
  4. Boil the shrimps and overturn in a colander.
  5. In a bowl, beat the lemon juice and olive oil, with the addition of black ground pepper.
  6. Mix all the ingredients, add salt and season with the prepared emulsion of oil and lemon juice.
