Shrimp and chorizo ​​sausage kebabs

Well, shrimp and chorizo ​​kebabs are very tasty. It is better to cook them on portioned skewers and serve as a hot appetizer.

Ingredients

• Large shrimps, peeled - 6 pcs.
• Chorizo ​​sausage (sliced) - 1 pc.
• Olive oil - 0.25 cups
• Fried Bulgarian pepper, canned (chopped) - 0.25 cups
• Cognac - 1 tbsp. l.
• Fresh parsley (chopped) - 1 tbsp. l.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tsp

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
2. String the prawns and sausages on skewers (as shown) and grill until golden brown.
3. Serve the kebabs, drizzle with the remaining marinade.
