Shrimp piquant appetizer with olives, onions, garlic and hot peppers. The cocktail salad is distinguished by a special serving - for example, in glasses or bowls.

  1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan (2 tablespoons). Lay out the shrimp. Salt and fry.
  2. Transfer the shrimp to a plate.
  3. Squeeze the juice from half of the lime into a frying pan in oil.
  4. Then grate the zest from the other half of the lime there.
  5. Add the resulting dressing to the shrimp.
  6. Finely chop the olives.
  7. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  8. Peel and chop the garlic.
  9. Chop the chilli pulp.
  10. Add onions, garlic and chili peppers to the olives.
  11. Wash cilantro. Finely chop the leaves. Also add to olives.
  12. Drizzle with olive oil (2 tablespoons).
  13. Stir and leave for 30 minutes.
  14. For serving the shrimp cocktail salad, take a martini glass. Put 2 lettuce leaves in it.
  15. Then add the olive mixture and shrimp.
  16. Garnish the shrimp salad with a lime wedge. Spice up.
  17. Shrimp cocktail salad can be served. Bon Appetit!
