This incredibly delicious salad is made with shrimp, pineapple and lettuce leaves.

In a small bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients.
Turn on the grill to preheat to medium-high temperature.
String the shrimps on metal skewers. Grease the shrimp with oil, sprinkle with 1.5 teaspoons of ground pepper. Sprinkle the pineapple slices with the remaining pepper.
Grease the grill rack with oil, put the shrimp and pineapple slices on it. Fry for about 4 minutes on each side. Cut each pineapple circle into 4 pieces.
Put lettuce leaves on 4 serving plates, put shrimp and pineapple on them, pour with dressing. Sprinkle each serving with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of chopped parsley. Serve with lime slices.
