Shrimp appetizer

Puffed hot dog buns are stuffed with shrimp filling to make a delicious appetizer.

Ingredients

• Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
• Fresh lemon juice - 1 tbsp l.
• Curry powder - 3/4 tsp
• Salt and black pepper
• Shrimps (boiled, peeled and cut) - 450 g
• Celery stalk (cut) - 2 pcs.
• Arugula (arugula) (sliced) - 1 glass
• Hot dog buns (toasted) - 4 pcs.

Directions

1. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt and equal amount of black pepper in a medium bowl. Beat lightly with a whisk or fork.
2. Put shrimp, celery and arugula (arugula) in a bowl with dressing, mix well. Fill hot dog buns with this mixture and serve the shrimp appetizer immediately.
