Snack shrimp are prepared in portions in slices of ham, served with sour cream sauce.

Soak about 30 wooden sticks in cold water for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, defrost the shrimp if they are frozen. Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails, rinse under running water and place on a paper towel.
In a bowl, mix honey and chopped ginger. In another bowl, mix the coconut and pine nuts. Thread the shrimps on wooden sticks (one for each), brush with honey mixture and roll in coconut breading. Wrap each breaded shrimp with a slice of ham.
Turn on your indoor or outdoor grill to preheat to medium heat. Place the shrimp on the grill and grill until cooked through, about 5-8 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and lime zest, add lime juice (to taste), stir well.
Serve fried shrimp with sour cream sauce.
