  1. If the shrimp are frozen, defrost them at room temperature. In a preheated pan with the addition of olive oil, fry the garlic, peeled and lightly crushed with a knife, for 2 minutes.
  2. After 2 minutes, remove the garlic from the pan and fry the shrimp in aromatic garlic-olive oil for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  3. Wash the cucumber, peel and cut into small cubes. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and peel. Cut the avocado halves into small cubes.
  4. Peel the grapefruit and mill the pulp, that is, peel the white films and cut into pieces.
  5. Mix avocado, cucumber and grapefruit. Salt and pepper to taste and pour a little olive oil. Mix gently.
  6. Put washed and torn iceberg lettuce leaves into a salad bowl, put previously mixed products on top.
  7. Add shrimps to the salad and sprinkle with Provencal herbs to taste. Bon Appetit!
