Mix salad with shrimps, physalis and puff pastry balls.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We clean the shrimp from the shell, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the intestines.
  2. Fry the shrimps in garlic oil (use a blender to break through the garlic with vegetable oil).
  3. After a minute, pour in the soy sauce and remove from heat.
  4. Making dough balls. To do this, we tear off small pieces of dough, roll them into balls between the palms and deep-fry them. They are very crispy on the outside and incredibly tender on the inside. In this way, I decided to replace our usual croutons and croutons.
  5. Put the mix salad on the dish. In my case, it was an iceberg, frisse, radiccho. Next, lay out the shrimps, physalis berries, cherry tomatoes, capers, and dough balls.
  6. Whisk all ingredients for dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad.
  7. Bon Appetit!
