Easy to prepare, but unusual pancakes - with shrimp, corn, green onions and garlic. A great option to diversify your breakfasts and make them even healthier.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix 180 g flour, 1.5 tsp. baking powder, 0.5 tsp. salt - mix.
  2. In another bowl, mix 2 eggs and half a glass of water. Whisk.
  3. Add eggs with water to dry ingredients.
  4. We mix. Set aside.
  5. Rub a few cloves of garlic on a fine grater or chop it in a way convenient for you. I have 3 rather large cloves, and you will be guided by your taste. Add the garlic to the dough.
  6. Cut a few green onion feathers (also to taste).
  7. We also add green onions to the dough.
  8. Leave the pancake dough to stand for 30 minutes.
  9. After 30 minutes, add the shrimp to the dough - I have 120 g (a standard jar of shrimp in brine). Add shrimps without brine.
  10. Add corn - I have half a large standard can.
  11. Add black pepper to taste, mix - and you can fry the pancakes.
  12. On the plate on which we will remove the finished pancakes, lay out the napkins so that the excess oil is absorbed.
  13. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and spread one tablespoon of dough at a short distance from each other. Fry the shrimp pancakes until golden brown on each side. In the process of frying them, oil "shoots" strongly - be careful. :)
  14. Fritters with shrimps, corn, green onions and garlic are ready.
  15. Bon appetit and don't be afraid to experiment!
