Heart-shaped ravioli with shrimps and creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  1. We make dough from flour and eggs, not forgetting to add salt. Knead well and wrap in plastic wrap. We leave for 40 minutes.
  2. We clean the shrimp from the shell, remove the intestinal vein, chop it with a knife. Transfer the shrimp to a bowl, add finely chopped garlic, Tabasco sauce, lime zest, finely chopped onion, a little salt, a little chopped parsley.
  3. Divide the dough into two parts. We roll them into long strips, at least 5 cm wide.
  4. On one part of the dough we put pieces of cheese, minced shrimp, cover with the other half of the dough, cut out in the form of raviolki.
  5. We send the ravioli with shrimps to simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, prepare the sauce. Fry two shrimps in a skillet, add mussels on the flap, pour cream and add cheese. Bring to thicken over low heat.
  7. I decorated the plate with thin strips of iceberg lettuce. We put our "hearty" raviolki in a circle on a plate, pour over the sauce, put mussels and shrimps in the center of the plate.
