  1. Boil the chicken meat: boil water, add salt (2-3 pinches), dip the meat into the water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 25-30 minutes.
  2. Boil water, dip the shrimp in boiling water, cook for 2-3 minutes. Boil the shrimp, drain the water.
  3. Cut the chicken into strips.
  4. Cut pineapples into small cubes.
  5. Peel, wash, chop the garlic with a garlic press.
  6. To prepare the sauce, mix the cream with garlic, salt (1-2 pinches) and pepper.
  7. Wash lettuce leaves, dry, put on a dish.
  8. Mix shrimp with chicken and pineapple.
  9. Put on lettuce leaves, pour over the prepared sauce.
  10. Wash the tangerine, cut into thin slices with the peel.
  11. Decorate the shrimp and chicken salad with tangerine slices.
