How to prepare a shrimp salad so that it is quick and tasty? The shrimp salad, the recipe for which is offered here, is delicious, easy to prepare and very economical, as it is made from the most common ingredients.

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins. To do this, the potatoes must be washed well, placed in a saucepan and filled with cold water. Put on high heat and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to medium and cook for about 20-25 minutes.
  2. Place eggs (3 pcs.) In a saucepan and cover with cold water. Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
  3. The salad is prepared from both boiled and canned shrimp. If you are using raw shrimp, boil them. To do this, put a pot of water (3 cups - 750 ml) over high heat. Salt water. When the water boils, add the shrimp and cook for 7-10 minutes over medium heat. Boiled frozen shrimps are boiled for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Peel the shrimp and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  5. Peel the potatoes. Cut the boiled potatoes into slices and pour into a deep bowl.
  6. Cool and peel eggs. Cut two hard-boiled eggs in the same way as potatoes (leave one egg).
  7. Drain the peas and add the green peas to the salad.
  8. Leave some of the shrimp for decoration.
  9. Add the rest of the prepared shrimp to the salad. Season the shrimp salad with mayonnaise. Salt.
  10. Mix gently.
  11. Cut the remaining egg into slices.
  12. Place the shrimp salad in a salad bowl and garnish with boiled egg slices, shrimp and herbs.
