Shrimp, tomato, avocado and corn salad

Be sure to prepare this bright and incredibly delicious, yet easy to prepare salad of vegetables, shrimp and fresh basil. All the ingredients of the salad are perfectly combined with each other, creating just the perfect taste. The olive oil and soy sauce dressing unites all the ingredients of the dish into one bright ensemble.

  1. Prepare the food you need.
  2. Use a ripe and soft avocado for the salad.
  3. Tomatoes for a brighter appearance of the dish, use red and yellow, you can take cherry tomatoes. Likewise with fresh basil - use green and red, this will give the dish a more interesting look.
  4. Drain the canned corn.
  5. Defrost the shrimps and peel them off.
  6. Cut the peeled onions into thin half rings.
  7. Combine vinegar and 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of water, add sugar and stir. Transfer the chopped onion to a plate and marinate for 10 minutes.
  8. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
  9. Peel the avocado, remove the pit. Cut the avocado into slices and drizzle with lemon juice to keep it from browning.
  10. Combine chopped tomatoes, avocados, and canned corn in a deep bowl.
  11. Lightly squeeze the onions from the marinade and add to the prepared ingredients.
  12. Remove the basil leaves from the stems, chop coarsely and add to the salad.
  13. Stir the salad.
  14. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil. Stir again.
  15. Heat 1 tbsp in a skillet. a spoonful of olive oil. Place the defrosted and peeled shrimp in the skillet.
  16. Fry shrimp over high heat for 1 minute on each side, lightly salt them.
  17. Put vegetables with dressing in a plate, put fried shrimp on top.
