Shrimps fried in lemon sauce

Shrimps fried in lemon sauce

Ingredients

  1. Put frozen shrimp in a deep frying pan over high heat.
  2. We wait until almost all the liquid has evaporated.
  3. Then add a little olive oil, salt, pepper to taste and fry the shrimp for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Squeeze juice from two lemons.
  5. Add lemon juice to shrimp, mix thoroughly. Fry for a few more minutes on the same high heat.
  6. Remove skillet from heat and add minced garlic. Mix.
  7. Put the shrimp in a deep plate, garnish with lemon and serve! If there is liquid left in the pan, it can be used as a shrimp sauce. And if not, try it with tartar sauce! Bon appetit!
