Shrimps fried with green peas

Shrimps are fried with lettuce and green peas with the addition of soy sauce and garlic.

  1. If the shrimps are frozen, then they must be defrosted. Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails. Rinse and dry with a paper towel.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet, add shrimps, lettuce and garlic, fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 4-6 minutes, until shrimps are tender. Add green peas, soy sauce and black pepper to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 1 minute.
  3. Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds. Serve with boiled spaghetti immediately.
