Add garlic, red pepper flakes, basil, pour in lemon juice, soy sauce, shrimp, and cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Then put the mangoes in the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. Place dish on a plate and sprinkle with coconut.
