Shrimps with olives and tomatoes

Shrimps are fried in a pan with onions, garlic and tomatoes, wine and aromatic herbs. Serve the prawns and olives with fresh crispy bread.

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute the onions for 5 minutes. Add garlic. After a few seconds, add the shrimp and cook over high heat until they turn pink.
  2. Add wine to the skillet. Stir for 5 minutes to evaporate the alcohol. Add tomatoes and olives. Stir occasionally and cook the prawns with olives and tomatoes for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add chopped herbs. Bon Appetit!
