Shrimps with vegetables in curry sauce

Shrimps in a spicy sauce, with bell pepper and young peas.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pepper seeds, cut into strips 0.5 cm wide. Cut the peas in half.
  2. Peel the shrimp.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Add curry paste and heat for 30 seconds. Add coconut milk, fish sauce and sugar.
  4. Mix broth with starch. Pour the mixture into a frying pan, bring to a boil.
  5. Add pepper and peas, cook until half cooked, 5-8 minutes. During this time, the sauce will thicken.
  6. Add shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes. Send basil and lime juice there, salt and pepper.
  7. Shrimps with vegetables, curry sauce, ready. Bon Appetit!
