It's very easy to make such a delicious avocado and shrimp sandwich.

  1. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.

  3. Remove the bread from the oven and let cool.
  4. Peel the avocado, mash the pulp in mashed potatoes, add salt and lime juice. Boil and peel the shrimps.
  5. On the cooled croutons, apply mashed avocado, and put the shrimp on top.
