For a festive table or family breakfast, prepare interesting and unusual burgers that resemble sea shells. You can fill these buns with any salad that contains seafood, such as a salad with shrimp.

  1. Prepare foods according to the list. For the filling salad, you can use boiled frozen shrimps, as well as shrimps in oil or brine, which are sold already peeled.
  2. Boil eggs hard-boiled, cool in cold water, then peel. Leave the neatly peeled 3 quail eggs to garnish the snack.
  3. The shrimps are already boiled, so just bring them to a boil in salted water, cool and peel.
  4. Chop a boiled chicken egg, 2 quail eggs and shrimp.
  5. Cut off the tops of the buns as thin as possible. Remove the crumb of buns from the bottom.
  6. Fry the chopped middle of the buns in oil, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
  7. Combine eggs, shrimp, croutons, caviar and mayonnaise. Stir.
  8. Fill the buns with cooked shrimp salad, making a slight slide.
  9. Garnish the salad rolls with quail eggs and red caviar.
  10. Cover with the cut tops of the buns.
  11. The "Sea shell" appetizer is ready, you can serve it to the table, decorating the dish with herbs.
