Wonderful shrimp and broccoli sauce goes very well with soba noodles.

If the shrimp are frozen, then they must be thawed, then peeled, leaving the tails, rinsed and put on a paper towel.
In a large saucepan, bring about 3-4 liters of water to a boil, put the noodles, cook for about 4 minutes, then put the broccoli and cook for another 2 minutes, then put the shrimps and cook for another 3 minutes, until the latter are pink and the noodles are ready.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine peanut butter and soy sauce, add vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, pepper oil and garlic.
Throw the contents of the pan into a colander and transfer back to the pan in which it was boiled. Add cooked dressing, green onions and nuts to a saucepan, stir gently and serve on a serving platter.
